If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, do contact us within three (3) days of receipt with photos attached and details of your request. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.
All sales are final, hence we do not accept any refund. However, we shall consider exchange of items within three (3) days from receipt. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer. Please note that replacement does attract additional shipping cost which shall be advised accordingly.
Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of confirmation of purchase. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Woofy Woody cannot be held liable for items lost in transit, therefore we recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
